Travel Matters is delighted to invite you on our exclusive five-night Padel retreat at the EPIC SANA Algarve; one of Portugal's most celebrated five-star beach resorts, perched above the world-famous cliffs of Praia da Falésia, in Albufeira. Set between a fragrant pine forest and the blue of the Atlantic, this resort lives up to its name and genuinely feels EPIC! With six kilometres of fine sand beaches a short stroll away, reached via a dramatic suspension bridge through the forest canopy, it is one of Europe's most beautiful coastal settings and the perfect backdrop for a holiday that is as active or as restorative as you choose to make it.

Our holidays in the Algarve start with golden mornings, on a sun-drenched court, the satisfying crack of a Padel ball against glass, a cold drink by the pool as the Algarve sun climbs higher and then as the afternoon light softens, our guests have access to the Sayanna Wellness Spa. Break up your group Padel lessons, with other fitness activities such as Yoga, Pilates AquaFit and much more…

Each day on court is balanced with equal time for recovery, relaxation and real indulgence. Our guests have complimentary access to group fitness & wellness classes, access to the SAYANNA Wellness & Spa, a 24-hour heated indoor pool and some of the finest dining in the Algarve at the resort's celebrated restaurants. A welcome drink awaits you on arrival and everything from your your meals, airport transfer to your daily coaching programme has been arranged so that from the moment you land, you have absolutely nothing to think about except how much fun you're about to have.

At the heart of this retreat is, is of course the Padel!

Travel Matters and EPIC SANA Algarve have worked tirelessly to deliver a genuinely outstanding experience on court. The resort's dedicated Padel facilities provide a superb setting for play, whether you are stepping onto a court for the very first time or arriving with an established game. Travel Matters has used its 25 years + of experience to create, along with the resort's expert coaching team, a structured daily programme that makes the most of your time in the Algarve sunshine.

Each day includes up to two hours of guided group coaching, split across a morning and an afternoon session of an hour each, led by qualified, dedicated instructors who will be assigned to your group throughout the retreat. To ensure everyone gets the attention and court time they deserve, the group will be divided into two smaller groups of four or six, with one coach per court, creating an intimate, focused and highly sociable learning environment. All equipment is included, so there is nothing to bring and nothing to worry about…but we know you Padel enthusiasts will end up bringing your rackets!

Whether your goal is to master the basics, build consistency, develop tactics or simply enjoy the pure fun of one of the world's most addictive sports, your coaches will tailor the sessions to the level and ambitions of the group, ensuring every rally counts. And when the session ends and the rackets are down, the resort's courts remain available for informal play
