Energy efficient thermostats, lighting and timers and heat reflective window film in common areas. They also use biodegradable chemicals and cleaning products and minimal use of solvents. In addition to this they are also phasing out plastic materials and replacing them with recyclable materials and have increased staff awareness and training.
