An agency  that slashed the amount of paper used in store and offsets carbon by tree-planting has won flights to New York in a prize draw by signing up to Scream If You’re Green. Travel Matters director Karen Simmonds was presented with the pair of return tickets for the carbon neutral airline Silverjet by account manager Ann-Maria Stacey. “We are looking into asking customers for offsetting donations,” Simmonds said. Travel Matters donates money to Trees for Cities, which plants trees in urban areas. It also cut its brochure supplies and recycles. By the end of the summer Silverjet customers will be able to select which projects the “carbon credits” from their flight are used on.
